Team Store FAQ

When will I get my gear?

Team store order are made to order. The store is open through [close date] date; we place one production order after it closes and expect delivery [date] around 2 weeks after close. 

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Chart link on each product. Measurements are the garment laid flat. Women's styles run slimmer; if you're between sizes, size up. 

Can I return or exchange?

Team store items carry your team's logo and are made just for you, so all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. 

How will my order be delivered?

Orders ship to the address you enter at checkout.
